“The majority of men live without being thoroughly conscious that they are spiritual beings” Soren Kierkegaard
There is no real definition to spirituality, because it has a different meaning to different people. It is not about a particular religion. It is an acknowledgement of there being more to life than our five senses tell us; an acknowledgement that we are spiritual beings in a physical body; an acknowledgement that there is a greater being – whatever name or ‘label’ it is given.
Spirituality is:
Beyond all religions yet containing all religions
Beyond all science yet containing all science
Beyond all philosophy yet containing all philosophy – Sharon Janis.
