Did you know that if you are 14 years old or older, and living with a learning disability, you are entitled to a free annual health check?

An Annual Health Check is done by your doctor once a year. Your doctor will take a closer look at how you are doing – making sure you’re healthy.

Why it’s a good idea to have an annual health check?

• You can talk to your doctor about anything you are worried about
• You can get to know your doctor better – and they you
• You can get ideas about how to be more healthy
• If there is anything wrong, then the doctor can sort it out before it gets worse
