NLP is a fairly recent practicise, beginning in the early 1970s as the study of indiviiduals who excel in given activities. By absorbing the patterning inherent in geniuses, a set of skills and model behaviourial patterns were developed that could be replicated through training programmes. Today, NLP is used mainly.for personal development and business success.
Neuro: our internal images, sounds and feelings relating to millions of bits of data absorbed through the senses.
Linguistic: The conscious mind intepretation of the images, sounds and feelings.
