This is a great article with natural / alternative ways to support mental health that doesn’t have any side effects. I drink Peppermint when i can feel my anxiety creep in, green tea to cleanse any toxins and use camomile to calm before bed for a restful nights sleep. I cannot recommend these teas enough xx

Okay so im really irritable. When ever i find out ive been played or something around there, i get really pissed off and blow up in people faces. Or whenever im talking to girls, any girls, ill get really flirty, and ill say things I dont mean and end up having 10 angry girls on my and whenever stuff like that happens I then become very depressed and Hate my life.
