Friends of the Earth do fantastic work to raise awareness about bee decline, both with the general public and by influencing the political agenda. In particular, they work with bee-friendly farmers to show the benefits of a more natural way of farming that doesn’t need bee-harming pesticides and campaigning to ensure the most harmful pesticides are banned.

Each year, Friends of the Earth also send out thousands of packets of wildflower seeds to encourage the public to include bee-friendly habitats in their gardens.
