Part Time Data Administrator – A Better Start Southend (ABSS)
18.5 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Salary: NJC Point 16-19 currently £17,419-£18,746 (pro rata) p.a.
This post is currently funded until 30th September 2018
Southend Association of Voluntary Services is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Data Administrator to join our team working on the A Better Start Project. Based in our offices in Alexandra Street, Southend, the role is to:
- Collect project data and input onto the relevant databases
- Carry out all administrative duties including arranging meetings, sending out papers, producing minutes etc
- To be responsible for ensuring all financial records for the project are maintained and kept up to date
- Maintain strong communication amongst the team and ensure relevant information is fed back to the team
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience of administration and data management. They will have the ability to produce clear structured reports.
