Dress bright to support #WorldMentalHealthDay with Trust Links
Tomorrow, Thursday 10th October, is #WorldMentalHealthDay, an opportunity to raise awareness about mental health and reduce the stigma. 1 in 4 people are affected by poor mental health and it can have devastating consequences. This World Mental Health Day at Trust Links, we want to celebrate life and remind people that taking every step towards positive mental health matters!
The beautiful floral colours of our gardens at Trust Links are a tranquil space for so many local people living with mental health problems. Our gardens are naturally vibrant, so we invite you to let nature inspire you and dress bright, flaunting your favourite colours! Why don’t you get your colleagues, sports team, school or college involved too and help us share some positivity.
So if you’d like to brighten up your day and help eradicate the stigma around mental health, wear bright colours and send us your photos to celebrate positivity and wellbeing. So much of our work is all about connecting with others and keeping in touch with your support network – so if you do wear bright colours for World Mental Health Day, don’t forget to tag us in any photos and use the #WorldMentalHeathDay hashtag.
If you’d like to support Trust Links, your local mental health and wellbeing charity, please consider fundraising for us, because together we can help local people overcome their personal challenges. Or you can text ‘TOGETHER’ to 70460 to donate £3. This costs £3 plus a std rate msg.
From all the team here at Trust Links, thanks for your ongoing support,
