Autumn RESET – Southend

The crossover between Autumn and Winter has always been recognised as a time to celebrating the bounty of the harvest and prepare for the winter ahead. To honour this we are going to have a Sunday Reset Session which will focus on relaxing, resting, recharging through yoga, mantra, meditation, gong and pure good vibes…

After the success of our NYD RESET and Spring RESET, we’re back with an Autumn Reset! As the days draw shorter, we plan to take this opportunity to pause time and space to realign, both physically, mentally and spiritually, focusing on how we can harvest our own energies for the winter ahead.
Senior yoga teachers Ben and Josh will create a fantastic fusion class as they bring together Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. Whilst Clare and friends will join to create a sound journey that is guaranteed to take you to another dimension! We will interweave mantra, intention setting throughout the full day.
Vegan curries will be served at 5pm alongside vegan treats and a relaxed DJ set, so stick around for some chill time and food and enjoy the RESET!
