We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone.
We provide mental health services across the area, including Counselling and Trauma Services, Supported Housing, Mental Health Training and PACE.
We also run ‘Somewhere To Turn’ our frontline drop-in service based in the Jubilee Centre in Southend, which provides free mental health information, advice and signposting to anyone who needs it. Access to our Somewhere To Turn team is available through email, phone and in person.
