There currently seem to be relentless attacks against complementary and alternative therapies and yet problems with pharmaceutical drugs, both prescribed and over-the-counter,  are often covered up or not reported.

This is really important. Many drugs have side effects, and I know of some people who have developed the condition Dystonia after taking antidrepessants. This condition is incurable, but can be controlled by botox or in extreme cases, surgery. If muscles spasms or involuntary movements are experienced, refer to neurologist for advice.
