South Shoebury Hall
South Shoebury Hall is a Grade 11 listed house (not open) with a delightful 1-acre walled garden. In April, the garden is ablaze with 3,000 tulips and fritillaria. In July, the main feature is 200+ varieties of agapanthus including Queen Mum and Black Magis. There are also unusual trees, shrubs, rose borders and 50 yr old plus geraniums. Interesting Mediterranean and Southern Hemisphere dry garden planting. Also open at other times by arrangement for groups and bespoke visits.
