This one day course for adults working with children / young people will develop skills used in Forest School or Outdoor learning sessions.There is a mixture of theory and learning and will be based outside.
They are run by Essex Wildlife Trust Outdoor Learning team and located in the beautiful Abbotts Hall Farm with woodland, meadows, gardens and two Forest School sites.
This course will help you remember those pesky knots needed for rope walks, swings and ladders, plus how to use a range of hand tools with children to create fun and beautiful crafts.
Bring a packed lunch. Hot drinks and biscuits will be provided.
Meet at the seating area opposite the entrance to Abbotts Hall Farm.
