Rag-rugging Workshop – Abberton Reservoir

Discover the traditional craft of rag-rugging, using a hook and colourful scraps of fabric to create something unique for your home at the Abberton Reservoir visito Centre, near Colchester.
This is a simple and fun way of recycling. No experience is necessary. All tools and materials will be provided but, if you have dress-making scissors, these will be useful, and do bring along any pieces of fabric you would like to incorporate into your work. The quality rag-rugging tool you will be using will be yours to take away so you can finish your project at home.
Places are limited and booking is essential.
