Spring is often a time when we think of decluttering.
But wait before you just throw those items out…..!!
You might not want the items anymore, but perhaps someone else could make good use of them? That would help someone else, and also stop the item going to landfill.
Pass It On Week has been part of Scotlan’s Zero Waste campaign for a number of years. South East Essex Women’s Environmental Network (SEEWEN) have copied the idea and will have a Pass It On Week Table at the Leigh Road Baptist Church’s welcome area.
Do pop along, enjoy the convivial atmospher, and leave any items you no longer want, and perhaps pick up a few items you would like.
Please ensure items are clean and in good condition. no big items or electrical equipment.
No money changes hands.
