On the 1st November 2017 we are holding a charity mental health conference for International Stress Awareness Day at Southend airport and in partnership with South East and Central Essex Mind.
We are lucky to have some incredible life-changing guest speakers talking on subjects relating to stress, mental health and business. These include Baiju Solanki Mandie Holgate Laura Ash Barry Ash and Steve M Carr. Each one of these speakers have a powerful message about wellbeing and mindset and should not be missed.
It is free to attend and all proceeds taken from exhibitors will go to charity.
It will particularly be useful for anyone involved in Management, HR, H&S, Business, Wellbeing or Occupational Health but I can guarantee that whoever you are and whatever you do, this event will allow you to walk away thinking differently about your own mind-set and your own life.
