Managing Depression – Southend Evening Course

A short mental health course in Southend on Managing Depression, delivered by South East & Central MIND, for those suffering from or supporting someone who suffers from depression, or just those interested in learning more about this area of mental health.
Participants will look at:
• Signs and symptoms of depression
• Causes of depression
• How to look after yourself
• The treatments available
• How friends and family can help
You will be given the opportunity to complete an online evaluation form after the event, those delegates completing this evaluation will upon request receive a copy of the presentation media and/or a digital certificate by email.
Any profit made from these events is directly diverted into our local mental health service provision.
