Bootcamp sessions will be starting in Southend on Sea on Monday 29th June.Â
Bootcamp training is a varied, challenging and effective way to get the most out of exercise. With the latest training techniques and a wealth of knowledge from qualified instructors at your disposal, you could be on the way to achieving your fitness goals. These are unique outdoor sessions (not just circuits), employing a range of military, functional, sports specific and dynamic fitness training methods to ensure not only a fulfilling workout, but results. All exercises can easily be adapted to any fitness level, so no matter what your exercise background, you are guaranteed the most effective of workouts. Â
Sessions will be run on Southend Seafront, meeting opposite the Thames Estuary Yacht club.Â
