MoveOut – Nordic Walking

Enjoy Nordic Walking in Chalkwell Park as part of the MoveOut programme.
MoveOut is a programme of fun, fitness and relaxation sessions in parks in and around Southend.
The programme aims to encourage working age adults who live or work in the Southend Borough to get outdoors and make the most of Southend’s local parks. You can try new activities, meet new people or just join in with your colleagues.
The session is £2. You can pick up a loyalty card and if you attend 5 sessions and get a 6th one for free. If as a business you want to encourage your workforce to join in, by paying £25 all or any employees can attend as many activities as they want to.
