St Lukes Healthy Living Centre - Healthy Life Essex

After many years hard work, it is wonderful to now watch the development of St Lukes Healthy Living Centre in Southend. One of the early projects is to help.

The service which started in July will be available to everyone in the community providing pre pre start up advice to individuals. The sessions will be informal, confidential and fun resulting in action plans that will link people to relevant partners who can help them to make things happen. To keep things on track there will be regular progress meetings. The overall aim of the service is to motivate clients to succeed helping them to create a brighter future today. In addition to regular advice sessions Adrian will be setting up skills workshops and providing networking opportunities within the community.

Adrian is an accredited business adviser and entrepreneur with significant public, private and third sector experience. The advice sessions will take place in St Luke’s but be open to residents in the adjoining wards of Kursaal, Southchurch, Victoria, Shoebury and Prittlewell.
