Get out for some fresh air with a winter bird watching wander round the Fingringhoe Wick reserve with Essex Wildlife Trust expert guide Liz before heading back to the centre to warm up by the log burner and tuck into a well earned 2-course Christmas Lunch: Roast Turkey and all the trimmings followed by warm mince pies and vanilla custard.
