Birds of Prey talk and flight evening – Abberton Reservoir

Join the Essex Wildlife Trust and the Imperial Bird of Prey Academy for a talk about birds of prey.
As well as a talk they will be flying the birds in the visitor centre, so a great opportunity to see these majestic birds up close. A fantastic event suitable for older children and adults.
Ever wondered how a kestrel hovers or what speed a peregrine can dive at? Come along to this evening where experts Faith and Gary, who have many years experience of working with birds of prey, will answer your questions.
The centre will be open from 7pm and drinks and snacks will be available for purchase. The talk will start promptly at 7:30pm.
