Southend Relay Summer Festival
28th July 2018 @ 12:00 pm - 11:30 pm
This is the 10th year of the Southend Relay for Life, raising funds for Cancer Research UK. To celebrate, this year the volunteer committee have organised a fabulous event on 28th July from midday until 11:30pm (last entry 9pm) for all the family at Garon Park.
Southend Relay Summer Festival brings a fantastic line-up of top class entertainment including, but not limited to:
Union J, Dane bowers (Another Level), Lydia Lucy (The Voice UK finalist), Mark Angels (Let It Shine), Johnny Mack (UK leading George Michael tribute act), Jessica Folley (winner, The Voice Kids), Adrianna Morgan, Jay & Smokez and much more…….
The host for the event is the legend Sly Fox
This event is suitable for all the family with no charge for children under 12. Youths under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.There is also good disability access and facilites.
As well as the performing artists, there are food stalls, a fully licensed bar, inflatables, fete style stalls and indoor toilets.
Plus of course, have fun watching teams complete the 24 hour Relay for Life including many fun-themed laps!
