This course is designed to give an introduction to the importance of biological recording and the use of species records in conservation. It will cover information needed to record species, submitting records and how the records are used. If you are interested in recording a particular taxonomic group please feel free to bring in guidebooks, note books and equipment to record with, a USB stick may also be useful.
Please bring outdoor clothing and footwear as there may be opportunities to visit parts of the site during the day.
Tea, Coffee & Biscuits will be provided but please bring your own packed lunch.
