South East and Central Essex Mind AGM Networking Event

South East and Central Essex Mind would like to invite you to attend its AGM in Chelmsford for the Financial Year 2018/19.
Our guest for the day is Dave Monk, the popular drive time presenter and social commentator on BBC Essex. Dave will be sharing his understanding of mental health issues from a community aspect and talk about his interest, experiences and hopes in the cause we all support.
We will also be joined by Karen Mellanby, Mind Director of Networks and Communities.
Following the formal business meeting, there will be opportunities to hear about our plans for 2019/20 and discover more about our achievements during the past year.
Join us afterwards for refreshments and networking with colleagues from local health and wellbeing organisations in the third and statutory sector. Together we can work together to make a real difference to the mental health and wellbeing of people in our region.
