Rosedale, Bures
Although technically in Suffolk, Bures is on the Essex/Suffolk border and therefore included. This is a 1/3 acre garden developed over 24 years. It includes many unusual plants, herbaceous borders and a pond. In May, the highlight is a superb collection of peonies while in August there are approximately 60 Agapanthus in full flower.
