Raptor Ramble – RSPB Wallasea

This is building up to be a good winter for raptors on RSPB Wallasea, so this walk focuses on the birds of prey that winter on Wallasea’s extensive rough grassland areas with Short-eared Owls and Hen Harriers as the headliners.
An early afternoon walk to catch peak time as they make the most of the short days. We should also see good flocks of overwintering farmland birds like Corn Bunting, Skylark and Linnet
