Old and Young Sing Along – Southend

An event every week that begins at 10:45 am on Wednesday, repeating until 11th December 2019
Old & Young Sing Along is an intergenerational singing group.
The group is geared to:
People Living with dementia or have challenges with memory.
People caring for an individual with dementia.
Parents/relatives with children aged 0-5
Singing together for 30 mins- Nursery Rhymes, Folk songs, Songs from Musicals and 50’s & 60’s.
The group is held in a large main hall (Plaza Centre) which used to be a cinema in 1929-1959.
The main hall is large enough for children to freely and safely move around and to fit prams and wheel chairs in.
The Plaza has a Community Cafe open 9-2pm.
