Heath House, Layer Breton

2 acre spring and summer garden of surprises. Some areas ablaze, others calming. Formal ponds with box, yew, lavender, nepeta, and many different hostas, leading gently into lyrical colour-co-ordinated beds, rambling roses and fragrant Philadelphus. On to lawns bordered by stunning imaginative planting, expanding to an oak-bordered perennial wild flower meadow with a large pond; a wildlife haven.

Tea. 22 March hot drinks only, 12 June Evening adm incl glass of wine, 14 June home-made teas, Refreshments in aid of Friends of Layer Marney Church.
