Chelmsford Mind Body Spirit Festival

5 years running. With 100 stands and a new venue for 2018 – Chelmsford City Racecourse. There are lots of extra, exciting things happening!
An uplifting, enlightening weekend brought to you once again by Life Arts. Experience the friendly atmosphere; bring all the family to enjoy the family fun activities, something for everyone! All are welcome to experience the live performances, workshops, talks and demonstrations on offer. Raising funds for Helen Rollason Cancer Charity with a grand raffle, many prizes generously donated by exhibitors.
Come and browse the original stalls, have a reading, talk to experts in their field and enjoy a taster treatment – spoil yourself! Then treat yourself to healthy, home-made treats – go on, you deserve it! Vegetarian, vegan and dairy free alternatives on offer, with juices, smoothies and raw food too. Try something new – it may just change your life!
2018 sees the 20th anniversary of the beginning of Life Arts, so expect even bigger and better festivals this year to celebrate this momentous milestone!
