Allegro Choir Concert – A Celebration Of Christmas – Benfleet

Allegro, a close harmony choir based in the South Essex will perform “A Celebration Of Christmas” on on Sunday at Benfleet Methodist Church to support The Dream Team a charity based in Benfleet who work to grant the dreams and wishes of sick, disabled and terminally ill children. Choir member Rob Gray said Christmas is a magical time and what better time to support The Dream Team as they provide such a magical experience for the children. We are also delighted to have the chance to support St John Church
Allegro was established in November 2013 by a group of friends. All the members are experienced singers and the aim of the group is to have fun rehearsing a wide repertoire of music and to present high quality concerts which will raise funds for charities and community groups. Since their first concert in May 2014 they have raised over £16,000.
A Celebration of Christmas will be a mixture of traditional and modern carols and music together with several well-known carols for the audience to join in.
Tickets are £10. There is no charge for children.
