This four day course will develop the practical skills required to become a qualified Forest School Assistant.
The course is aimed at people who wish to learn more about the Forest School approach to teaching and assisting with the planning and delivery of Forest School sessions.
Led by a Level 3 qualified Forest School Practitioner, you will learn how to use the woodland as a sustainable resource and look at the theoretical side of learning and play at Forest School. You will complete a portfolio that will enable you to assist a Level 3 Forest School Practitioner in the running of a Forest School.
Course dates: October 11th (9am – 4pm), 12th (9am – 12pm), 13th (9am – 4pm), 16th (1pm – 4pm), plus a tool skills day on either Nov 6th or 7th.
