Simple Changes
Your 100 ways to a happier, healthier life
by Phillip Day
Phillip Day refers to himself as “an angry young man – ok, not so young now!” and for many years he has been fighting battles in the realms of health and politics over issues that are deliberately withheld or misreported to the public. But for all that, he also has a great sense of humour.
Simple Changes is an easy read, with lots of snippets to make you smile, and it is certainly not intended to be taken as rules set in stone. You feel as if Phillip is actually having a gentle conversation with you, and it’s quite startling when he jumps on his high-horse now and again. And why not? There are just so many subjects he is passionate about!
Whether you agree with all Phillip’s sentiments or not, Simple Changes will certainly provide food for thought.
Phillip Day is founder of The Campaign for Truth in Medicine and each month sends out Eclub, its global online magazine. If you would like to receive this newsletter you can register at www.credence.org. We would certainly recommend it as a great source of unbiased information about a variety of issues, mostly health related – and yet sometimes quite diverse.
