Our Wednesday Wellbeing Walks at Fingringhoe Wick start on 19th September and are fortnightly thereafter.
Our walk is aimed for those wishing to get back into fitness or start a fitness journey, maybe after an illness, or for those just wishing to enjoy a walk in a stunning location with other people.
The walk will be on well-trodden paths and tracks and will take in the beautiful coastal scenery of the River Colne Estuary. A good pair of boots or shoes are advisable as is suitable clothing for our changeable climate.
After your walk, relax in the Nightingale Tearoom, where we have a good selection of hot, cold food and drinks available. There is free parking and ample toilet facilities on site.
