#Support is a group for family, friends and carers who are supporting loved ones who are affected by mental illness.
Our members are all non-professionals, but we have access to professional help if needed. We share our coping skills, ideas, experiences and support each other.
We are a very informal group with a relaxed and friendly environment for people to come and make connections and build friendships in a safe space.
Please come along and share ideas and experiences. Support others that are in need or just sit back, enjoy a coffee and relax in a safe and friendly space. You can stay for the full two hours, or just drop in for a few minutes!
There is no charge to attend, but you will need to purchase your own refreshments.
You do not have to live in Southend to attend.
