Join us in the Age Concern Southend offices every Friday from 10am-1pm to meet Gill Clarke from the Southend Borough Council Dementia Community Support Team. Gill is available to talk about any issues or queries you have relating to dementia whether you are trying to get a diagnosis for yourself or a family member, struggling to care for a loved one or just help finding dementia friendly events to attend.
