SUMMER FEET

 

TIPS FOR SUMMER FEET:
Make sure you have a Summer MOT and 1000 mile service!! Have all the hard old skin and corns painlessly removed. The irregular surfaces of your nails will be buffed smooth, trimmed and the cuticle removed, just ready for a coat of nail varnish (for the ladies!)

General Health

To keep your feet looking and feeling great, take home a foot file to gently buff rough skin smooth. Moisturise the dry skin with one of the heel balms and creams, all of which contain Urea. Urea soaks deep into the skin then draws water out of the body to keep your soles and heels soft and silky.

SUMMER FEETHard skin is not only unsightly- it is the body’s way of protecting itself. So the problem could be that either the foot is the wrong shape or the shoes are! Over 80% of adults have a tendency to fallen arches and flat feet, and they may require corrective insoles.

If you have tired feet and aching legs at the end of the day, try a pair of ultra thin moulded insoles, which can fit in most shoes except flip-flops, then find how much of a pleasure walking can be.
