Healthy Life Essex Newsletter - December 2008

SantaWelcome to our Christmas 08 Newsletter.

Don’t worry if you have not got time to read all our interesting articles now – they will make excellent reading when the festivities are over!

Just a little bit of our news first. On 26th November our organisation (previously Design 2 Manage Ltd) became a Community Interest Company and the name of the organisation is now officially Healthy Life Essex C.I.C. This is testimony to the value of the work we are doing for the community. Please do continue to support us by telling all your contacts about www.HealthyLifeEssex.co.uk

The following are brief introductions to the new articles added, sorted in to areas of interest. Some areas do overlap, so don’t be surprised if the same article appears more than once. .

Don’t forget, when we come out of the recession it is going to be those businesses that have continued to advertise and just ‘keep their name out there’ that are going to be the most successful – a proven marketing concept!
